Does Kids Jumping have insurance?
Yes, Kids Jumping carries a $1 Million dollar liability insurance policy.

Do I have enough room?
For our smaller bouncer, The Moonwalk, an area of about 16 feet by 16 feet should be plenty of room. For our large unit, The Challenger, you will need 16 feet by 40 feet with 6 foot access (no small gates) to the area where the unit will be set up. The area must be clear of rocks, sticks, stumps and be (more or less) level.

Do I have to set the bounce up?
No, we set the bounce up where you want it and we take it down when we pick it up. (Help may be required if we need to go up a steep hill or down stairs.)

How does a bounce inflate?
An electric inflation fan is used to keep the bounce inflated. This fan must run the entire time you are using the bounce. The fan must be located within 100 feet of an electrical outlet.

Can I cancel?
Yes, if you cancel at least 14 days prior to your reservation, your deposit will be returned or applied to another day. If you cancel within 14 days of your reservation, your deposit will only be returned or applied to another day if we rent the bounce you had reserved.

Can I cancel if it rains?
If the forecast calls for rain on the day of your reservation, and we both agree, prior to delivery, that it might be unsafe to use the bounce, then your deposit can be applied to another day or refunded. No refunds will be given after the bounce is set up.

What to do during a rain storm:
Water on the bounce makes it very slippery and dangerous. Get all of the kids out of and off of the unit. Unplug the blower at the power source and allow the unit to uninflate by itself. If the wind and rain stop, plug the unit back in and wait until fully inflated. Towel dry completely before allowing play to resume.

Can I cancel if it gets very windy?
If the forecast calls for high winds on the day of your reservation, and we both agree, prior to delivery, that it might be unsafe to use the bounce, then your deposit can be applied to another day or refunded. No refunds will be given after the bounce is set up.

What to do during high winds:
Get all of the kids out of and off of the unit. Unplug the blower at the power source, and allow unit to uninflate by itself. If the winds die down, plug the unit back in and wait until fully inflated before allowing play to resume.

Do you provide safety guidelines?
In order to enhance the experience for you, we provide a safety sign which is displayed next to the ride.

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, and of course, cash.
