Kidsjumping Weather Policy
Kidsjumping.com does not operate inflatables, slides or games in the rain. It is very unsafe for the users and very damaging to the units. If it calls for rain in the forecast then we will cancel rentals. Kidsjumping.com understands that weather can change quickly, and since we do not claim to be able to predict the weather or have any control over weather, we utilize the following Weather Policy:

If prior to the term of your AGREEMENT (Up to 24 hours before delivery) the weather forecast calls for severe weather (rain, high chance of rain, thunder showers, and/or winds stronger than 15 mph / temperatures over 100 degrees below 50 degrees) then we will have to cancel your rental. We will make every effort to reschedule your rental based on available dates and times. 

If we set up the inflatables/games and severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.) move in during the term of your rental agreement, get all kids out of the unit and unplug the blower from the outlet. If the rain stops or winds decrease to a safe level, you can plug the blower back in. If the unit is wet from rain, give the kids some towels and let them dry off the unit as they play. Kidsjumping.com reserves the right to cancel your booking due to severe weather.  Once the rental unit has been setup PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Kidsjumping Early Delivery Policy
Kidsjumping.com may need to setup your rental unit up to 3 hours earlier than your scheduled rental setup time due to delivery routing requirements.

An early setup will not affect your scheduled takedown time and will not incur any additional cost to you. If the setup time will be earlier than 2 hours before your scheduled rental time, we will call you as soon as we finish the routing to let you know the approxiimate time we will be at your location. If requested we can have the driver call when en-route to your location.

Kidsjumping Outdoor Surface Setup Policy
Kidsjumping can setup inflatables on grass, cement, asphalt or hard dirt (packed).  We will not set-up on sand, gravel or loose dirt.

**A outdoor hard surface charge of $40.00 will apply to Moonwalks to be set up on cement or asphalt, and a $75.00 charge will apply to Combos/ Challengers or Slip and Slides set-up on hard surfaces.

These fees are due to extra wear and tear to our units when set up on hard surfaces and extra equipment required (sand bags / canvas tarps)
