Kidsjumping Weather Policy
Kidsjumping realizes that nobody can control (or even predict) the weather so we created our weather policy with safety first in mind while being fair to the renter.

Kidsjumping Cancellations
Kidsjumping.com does not operate inflatables, slides or games in the rain. It is very unsafe for the users and very damaging to the units. If it calls for heavy rain, lightening, high winds (15+ MPH) or extreme temperatures (over 100 degrees or under 45 degrees) in the forecast then we will cancel rentals. We will attempt to contact you per the information given to us at the time of rental to let you know we are cancelling rentals due to weather.

We will make every effort to reschedule your rental based on available dates and times. 

Renter Cancellation
You can cancel your rental without penalty up until the time of setup. If you think the weather is not going to allow for an enjoyable experience, just let us know and we will cancel your rental. We appreciate that you contact us as soon as you decide the weather is not acceptable.

We will make every effort to reschedule your rental based on available dates and times. 

If you agree to the rental and the unit is set-up, you are then responsible for the rental and we cannot refund your payment.

Because of the unpredictability of weather, it is possible that weather may turn bad after the unit is set up. In that case, please follow the steps below:

• Get everybody out of the unit
• Unplug the blower from the outlet
• If the rain stops or winds decrease to a safe level, you can plug the blower back in. If the unit is wet from rain, give the kids some towels and let them dry off the unit as they play.

Kidsjumping Early Delivery Policy
Kidsjumping.com may need to setup your rental unit up to 3 hours earlier than your scheduled rental setup time due to delivery routing requirements.

An early setup will not affect your scheduled takedown time and will not incur any additional cost to you. If the setup time will be earlier than 2 hours before your scheduled rental time, we will call you as soon as we finish the routing to let you know the approxiimate time we will be at your location. If requested we can have the driver call when en-route to your location.

Kidsjumping Outdoor Surface Setup Policy
Kidsjumping can setup inflatables on grass, cement, asphalt or hard dirt (packed).  We will not set-up on sand, gravel or loose dirt.

**A outdoor hard surface charge of $40.00 will apply to Moonwalks to be set up on cement or asphalt, and a $75.00 charge will apply to Combos/ Challengers or Slip and Slides set-up on hard surfaces.

These fees are due to extra wear and tear to our units when set up on hard surfaces and extra equipment required (sand bags / canvas tarps)
